Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes to both! I fire stoneware clay to cone 6 and test my glazes to ensure food safety and durability. Treat your new pottery like you would a wine glass- just don’t let it get knocked around in the sink or dropped. If cared for properly, handmade pottery can last long enough to become a family heirloom!

  • Where do you ship?

At this time, I am only offering shipping within the United States.

  • I'm local- can I pick up my order?

If you are local to Crawfordville and would like to schedule a pickup, please email me!

  • Do you take custom orders?

At this time, I do not have the capacity to take custom orders. I wish I could because I get asked often. But with my limited studio schedule I just don’t have the time. Thank you for understanding!

  • Do you take wholesale orders?

No, my studio time is too limited to be able to keep up with wholesale orders.

  • Can I see your work in person?

I do not have my pottery for sale in any physical locations right now. Join my mailing list to be notified of in person sales (usually local to Crawfordville/ Tallahassee).

  • I broke my favorite mug!

I hate hearing these stories, and I do offer a 10% discount to replace a broken piece if the claim is deemed legitimate. Please email me a picture and I will send you the discount code.

  • What is your return/ refund policy?

If the shipment has arrived broken please send me pictures within 7 days or receiving the item and I will replace the order or refund you the cost if the claim is deemed legitimate. If you believe the piece to have broken due to faulty construction please let me know the circumstances of the breakage, and send a picture within 3 months of receiving the item! I will do my best to replace or refund if if deemed appropriate.
